How can you help your team stay cool?

Obviously:

• Aircon. Suddenly everyone wants to be in the office.

Less obviously:

• Fans, hand-held and mechanical.
• A damp cotton scarf around the neck
• Iced water (or ice-cream) on tap.

Even less obviously:

• Siestas – split your working day into 2 parts with a 2 hour break for lunch and a nap.
• Work from early morning when it’s cooler.
• Work during the evening, when it’s cooler.

Mad dogs can’t help themselves.
